Rentals- of property (not per person unless so stated) and include the accommodation and associated services (linen, towels). Gas or other fuel for space heating is normally payable extra locally for self catering rentals.
 Currencies Prices- are quoted in EUR (euros) and GBP (pounds sterling) and are subject to confirmation at date of booking
 Payment- by cheque or bank transfer Deposit on booking: 50%, balance (50%) payable 28 days before start of rental. Rental is payable in full on booking within 28 days of start of rental.
 Cancellations- of more than 56 days (8 weeks) before start of rental: loss of deposit; 56 days (8weeks) or less before the start of the rental and up to start of rental: there is a loss of full payment. We will always attempt to relet the property on the best possible terms to mitigate your loss. If we are successful a refund will be made to you less an administration fee.
